Andy Beckett’s ‘Promised You A Miracle: UK 80-82’ is a stunning new political and cultural history of the early 80s. At the event, Beckett discussed the book with Mark Fisher (author of ‘Capitalist Realism’ and ‘Ghosts Of My Life’).
